Brandywine Realty Trust, Plymouth Meeting, Pa., has announced the completion of a sale of 7.75 million shares of common stock to Citigroup Global Markets Inc.The net proceeds of $217.1 million will be used to fund a portion of the company's pending acquisition of The Rubenstein Co.
