Bridger Commercial Funding, San Francisco, has announced the closing of its third securitization of the year, a $1.2 billion deal in which it participated with Banc of America Securities.Bridger said it has securitized more than $1.6 billion in commercial real estate mortgage loans since 1999, working through its nationwide network of over 1,500 commercial banks.
