Key changes include a more detailed focus on state and federal regulation and loan risk analytics.

The new instructor-guided course will review basic servicing functions and what measures servicers need to take to deal with potential regulatory compliance risks, CampusMBA said.

The four-day course will cover a more expansive array of mortgage servicing topics such as loan default management, financial investor administration, and other “considerations for establishing strategy and managing risk.”

In addition, the course reviews the correlations and interconnectivity between business units within a mortgage servicing organization based on a case study.

Through its 60 programs the course enables participants to understand the servicer's role in mortgage banking and servicing processes needs, as well as analyze loan products, or delinquency and foreclosure risk mitigation.
