Capsilon released a new version of its DocVelocity mobile application that allows mortgage professionals the opportunity to securely access loan documents from anywhere at any time.

These systems work exclusively with the DocVelocity cloud-based imaging solution so users can quickly access loan documents with the assurance that they are correctly formatted, named, indexed and versioned.
An extra feature on the mobile application is an optional capability to cache documents which may need to be viewed repeatedly, therefore cutting down on required download time. Also, documents viewed through the mobile application are encrypted on a device to maintain security even if it is stolen or lost.
Additionally, documents are viewed only by authorized users from allowed folders, inboxes and threads due to secure authentication on the mobile device and control settings that are managed centrally by the system administrator.
