Carrington Holding Co. has renamed several of its businesses under one brand.
As part of the rebranding, the company’s national residential real estate brokerage—Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate—will now operate as Carrington Real Estate Services. Furthermore, Atlantic & Pacific Foreclosure Services and Atlantic & Pacific Document Services are now going to be called Carrington Foreclosure Services and Carrington Document Services.
Specialized debt resolution services provider Compass Resolution Services is now known as Carrington Resolution Services. Also, White Van Real Estate Services, which offers inspection, property preservation, maintenance and repair services to lenders, servicers, asset managers and institutional clients, private real estate investors and real estate agents, will now be called Carrington Home Solutions.
The Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based company is also renaming its business units currently housed under the Telsi brand such as Telsi Real Estate Solutions and Telsi Escrow Inc. as Carrington Title Services and Carrington Escrow Inc., respectively.
“After years of serving a diverse customer base, we’ve grown to understand the power of our integrated business model and have come to realize that the best way to strengthen the Carrington brand was inevitably to simplify things,” said Bruce Rose, chief executive officer of Carrington Holding Co. “Now all of our businesses can leverage the Carrington name and more clearly communicate what we believe is a unique model in our industry.”
All management, personnel, business operations and principal executive offices will remain the same at all of these units, Carrington said in a written statement.
