As senior vice president of operations, his first order of business will be to complete Carrington’s conversion to Encompass360 loan origination software.
As national sales director for Carrington’s retail lending division, Demarin will assume responsibility for all sales and branch operations within the company’s retail channel.
He joined Santa Ana, Calif.-based Carrington in 2010 as regional vice president.
