Class I of Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp.'s mortgage pass-through certificates, series 1997-2, has been downgraded from B-minus to CCC by Fitch Ratings.Fitch also upgraded two classes in the deal and affirmed the ratings on seven other classes.
