Annaly Capital Management Inc. has announced an agreement by Chimera Investment Corp. to sell approximately 33.3 million shares of common stock at $15 per share in an initial public offering.Chimera will be externally managed by Fixed Income Discount Advisory Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Annaly. Annaly said it will acquire 9.8% of Chimera's outstanding shares. Merrill Lynch & Co., Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank Securities are the joint book-running managers of the IPO.
