Carl Levinson has been named head of the North American Consumer Lending Group (including mortgage and home equity lending) of Citigroup's Global Consumer Group.The appointment was announced as part of a new organizational structure for the Global Consumer Group. Mr. Levinson will be one of four primary business heads in North America. The others are Vik Atal, who will head Citi Cards; Ellen Alemany, who will continue running the Commercial Business Group; and Ray Quinlan, who will become head of Retail Distribution North America.
