The default legal services firm Clunk, Hoose & Associates announced that it has opened a new office to serve clients in the South Florida market.
In its Hollywood, Fla., office, the firm will help mortgage lenders and servicers by offering a complete end-to-end portfolio of services, including legal representation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, title services, REO management, litigation, evictions and loss mitigation.
Partners John Clunk and Robert Hoose, along with attorney Shan Massand, will lead this practice. Overall, these individuals bring over 40 years of combined experience in the areas of foreclosure and bankruptcy law, as well as their work within the mortgage industry.
