Class L of Commercial Mortgage Acceptance Corp.'s commercial mortgage pass-through certificates, series 1998-C2, has been downgraded from CCC to CC by Fitch Ratings.The ratings on 12 other classes in the deal were affirmed. Fitch attributed the downgrade to expected losses on several specially serviced loans. The largest specially serviced loan, 330 South Warminster Road, is secured by an office property in Hatboro, Pa., and is over 90 days delinquent, the rating agency said.
