
Johnson Capital, a national real estate capital advisory firm, said that Colin Chapman has joined the firm as vice president in the company’s Sacramento office.
In his new position, Chapman will focus on debt placement for income-producing properties nationwide.
Prior to joining Johnson Capital, he worked in CB Richard Ellis’ debt and equity finance group in San Francisco securing debt for institutional and private clients utilizing CBRE’s Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer and FHA lending platforms.
Chapman began his real estate career with Prudential Mortgage Capital Co.’s national accounts team.
