On an individual basis, FirstBank will work with customers who need flexibility in making a payment on an existing FirstBank loan and those who have been assessed a fee due to a late payment or deposit caused by the storm and related flooding.

“The recent floods have impacted thousands of families and businesses throughout Colorado,” said John Ikard, CEO of FirstBank Holding Co.

“As a locally owned and operated bank, we want to help all those who have been impacted during this difficult time. By waiving home equity closing costs and other fees, we can hopefully eliminate some of the financial stress facing victims of this devastating natural disaster.”
