Wanigas Credit Union, Saginaw, Mich., was granted $384,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis to help finance homeownership in foreclosed homes.

The grant will assist 12 families with renovation of 12 additional affordable houses in Saginaw County. All partner families included in the application have a family member with a disability.
Each house identified for the project, titled Wanigas CU ReHabitations, is a foreclosed property.
