Delta Financial Corp., Woodbury, N.Y., has priced a public offering of 4.375 million shares of common stock at $6.50 per share.Of the total, approximately 3.14 million will be sold by the company and the remainder will be sold be selling stockholders, Delta said. The underwriters have been granted an option to buy an additional 656,250 shares of common stock to cover any overallotments.
