BPOLite is a desktop product that utilizes local real estate professionals who provide price opinions and local market insight for servicers with greater rapid turn times, the Oceanside, Calif.-based company said. There are also neighborhood performance assessments that come with commentary from these area “experts” within BPOLite.

According to Valuation Vision, this information offers greater insight at less of a cost for servicers, home equity departments and capital market groups who are currently utilizing a standard broker price opinion.

“We understand that traditional BPOs are a significant investment for any mortgage and investment professional,” said James Kirchmeyer, CEO of the Kirchmeyer Group, Buffalo, N.Y. “BPOLite is designed to fit the needs of our clients who are looking for a better, cost-effective solution to traditional BPOs.”
Kirchmeyer said every BPOLite report is reviewed by a trained quality control professional from The Kirchmeyer Group to ensure it meets clients’ needs. He added that Valuation Vision is continually recruiting and training professionals throughout the country to complete valuations for the product.

Additional benefits BPOLite provides to servicers and prospective clients is hand selected multiple listing services data and comparables including three listed and sold comparables with supporting data and photos; integrated mapping and aerial imagery including a comprehensive view of the subject property; and quick turnaround times from same day to two days.

“The BPOLite platform was created from the ground up to insure that every instruction is communicated to the local-market expert, ensuring clear communication from the start enabling agents to provide valuation insight for customers to meet important business requirements,” the company said in a press release.
