Digital Realty Trust Inc., a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust, has priced a public offering of 8.0 million shares of common stock at $30.50 per share.The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from half the shares to pay the redemption price on an equal number of limited partner units delivered by Global Innovation Partners for redemption. Digital Realty has granted the underwriters an option to buy up to 1.2 million additional shares of common stock to cover any overallotments. Merrill Lynch & Co. and Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking served as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
