Eastridge Group Starts Real Estate Staffing Business

The Eastridge Group of Staffing Cos., San Diego, has launched its new division, RFS, short for real estate and financial staffing.

RFS specializes in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct placement staffing services for the real estate, mortgage, title, escrow, banking, credit union and financial services industries.

It is anticipating high demand for escrow officers, loan closers, underwriters and credit analysts. The company said over one million new jobs are forecast to be created in the real estate industry over the next few years.

Among the companies which are holding or have recently held job fairs are loanDepot, with one just held in Scottsdale, Ariz., and an upcoming one looking to hire 100 people in its new office in Plano, Texas; and Impac, which held one in Salt Lake City.

Roger Iris, regional managing director at Eastridge, will lead RFS.
