A Dutch investment company that plans to invest in commercial real estate in the Czech republic and Slovakia has an initial public offering of its shares in the works.Middle Europe Real Estate N.V.'s board of directors plans to allow investors to subscribe to its shares at a fixed price up until 3 p.m. on Nov. 13 and to list its shares on the Euronext Amsterdam stock market on that day.
