Fannie Mae has priced $4 billion of 4.750% five-year Benchmark Notes at 99.669.The five-year issue (CUSIP: 31398AHZ8), due Nov. 19, 2012, yields 4.825% at a spread of 47.5 basis points over the 4.250% Treasury.
