The Federal Housing Administration is entering the new age and pretty soon it will have a stand-alone website, a call center for consumers and an advertising campaign.Starting in March, FHA commissioner Brian Montgomery will begin running print and radio ads in select urban markets promoting the benefits of FHA-insured loans during the spring home buying season. This advertising campaign will start slowing, but eventually will include 16 markets. "We've got to be more aggressive in getting the word to consumers about the benefits that FHA loans products offer," Mr. Montgomery told MortgageWire. FHA is also going to have a brand and a slogan, Mr. Montgomery. However, he was not ready to reveal the slogan, which FHA employees coined, at press time.
