Safeguard Properties has launched an online series of free, educational videos that describe the role field service businesses play while working with mortgage servicers and investor clients.
Safeguard Properties Institute began this week and is designed to address clients' needs to provide their employees with an overview of the mortgage field servicing industry.
“Our clients told us this would a helpful thing to have and we responded,” said Alan Jaffa, CEO of Valley View, Ohio-based Safeguard Properties.
As part of the launch, six courses are currently available to mortgage loan servicers including inspections, property preservation, REO, hazard claims and yard maintenance and an overview of Safeguard.
Each course lasts for approximately 10 minutes and the company plans on adding more on a quarterly basis.
Jaffa added that the courses have been in development for six months and feature subject matter experts who provide insight into how Safeguard operates from day to day while keeping its clients' assets secure and safe.
