Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP has expanded its London affiliate, Katten Muchin Rosenman Cornish LLP, to include a real estate finance practice that focuses on the structured financing of commercial real estate in Europe.The law firm said the expansion includes the additions of English law-qualified partner Jayne Black and senior associate Eleanor Hunwicks.
