A 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Swenson retired from Lender Processing Services Inc. last year. He served as co-chief operating officer.

Experience 1 is the holding company for title and settlement services providers Advantage Title Inc. and Title365 Inc.

Swenson said his brief retirement gave him the opportunity to decide what he wanted to do in his "encore career."
