Freddie Mac has announced the online auctioning of a $1 billion reopening of a 4.125% two-year Reference Notes security due Nov. 30, 2009.The stop yield was 3.863% for the issue (CUSIP: 3137EABB4), which was priced at 100.482465, or approximately 57 basis points more than two-year U.S. Treasury notes. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.04 to 1. Following the reopening, the issue size will be $4 billion. The settlement date is Dec. 17.
