Freddie Mac has priced $4 billion of 4.750%, five-year Reference Notes due Jan. 18, 2011.The issue (CUSIP 3134A4VJ0) was priced at 99.955 to yield 4.761%, or 39.5 basis points more than five-year U.S. Treasury notes. The settlement date is Dec. 16. Banc of America Securities, Goldman Sachs Group, and UBS Investment Bank headed the dealer syndicate that offered the security.
