Freddie Prices Reference REMIC

Freddie Mac has priced Reference REMIC R-002, Class AH, a $1.25 billion issue of real estate mortgage investment conduit securities.The issue (CUSIP: 31395VU23) was priced at 99.83203125 to yield 4.7908%, or 86 basis points over the interpolated Treasury curve, the government-sponsored enterprise said. Class AH is a "guaranteed maturity class" designed to reduce extension risk for investors, a special feature of Reference REMICs.
