Freddie Mac has priced Reference REMIC R-013, Class AB, a $1.265 billion issue of real estate mortgage investment conduit securities.The issue (CUSIP: 31397HNV6) was priced at 99.87890625 to yield 6.045%, or 102 basis points over the interpolated Treasury curve, the government-sponsored enterprise said. Class AB is a "guaranteed maturity class" with a coupon of 6.00%. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan Chase were the lead underwriters of the transaction.
