Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise has completed the sale of three Paris properties to the Risanamento Group in a 179 million euro (approximately $219 million) transaction.The deal allowed SFL to sell the last of the primarily residential properties in its portfolio, completing its strategic shift to commercial real estate investment in the Paris office and retail property market.
