Genpact, a global provider of business services and technology, has announced plans to acquire MoneyLine Lending Services, a provider of mortgage origination and fulfillment services based in Irvine, Calif.The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Genpact said MoneyLine, which will become part of Genpact Mortgage Services, is the exclusive provider of outsourced mortgage services for more than 50 financial institutions.
