Giuliani, will advise CBRE clients on issues related to emergency preparedness, business continuity, security, fire safety, transportation, location, and site assessment, the companies said. CBRE will advise clients of Giuliani Partners on global real estate markets, financing, appraisal services, and property, facilities, and project management. "Businesses now want to do a comprehensive assessment of their needs, ranging from economic viability, to quality of life and to safety and security, before they move to a different location," Mr. Giuliani said.
