Glimcher Realty Trust, Columbus, Ohio, has amended its three-year unsecured credit facility, increasing its borrowing capacity from $300 million to $470 million.The initial interest rate on the amended facility is 1.05% over the London interbank offered rate, but the rate can range from 0.95% to 1.40% over LIBOR depending on the company's ratio of debt to total asset value, Glimcher said. The sole lead arranger is KeyBank Capital Markets.
