Global DMS Integrates Valuation Technology with LOS

Global DMS has integrated its valuation management software with LendingQB’s loan origination system in a move designed to allow for more compliant and efficient appraisal ordering and management.

The integration aims to provide LOS users with access within their existing system to automated valuations, the ordering of full appraisals and automated appraisal reviews, as well delivery to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal and institutional investors.

Binh Dang, president of LendingQB, said in a press release that most LOS platforms and valuation software systems don’t integrate seamlessly to each other, which makes the integration unusual.
