Class E of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc. variable-rate mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2000-FL-A, has been downgraded from Aa1 to Aa2 by Moody's Investors Service.Class E remains on review for further possible downgrade. It is insured by American International Specialty Lines Insurance Co., whose insurance financial strength rating was downgraded by Moody's from Aa1 to Aa2. AIS remains on review for possible downgrade pending the filing of amended financial statements with state regulatory authorities, the rating agency said.
