GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp., Horsham, Pa., has announced the formation of a Manufactured Home Community Loan Origination Division.The new division will be led by directors Charlie Williams in the Phoenix loan origination office and Damon Reed and Dan Armstrong in the Birmingham loan origination office. In 2004, GMACCM originated and closed manufactured home transactions totaling approximately $500 million and, for the first time, was the nation's No. 1 lender for manufactured home community loans through the Fannie Mae DUS Flow Program, GMACCM said.
