Grapevine Poster Calls on Troubled Borrowers to Sue

Cedonulli2 is a long-time Mortgage Grapevine gadfly who has done broker price opinions on troubled homes. In a rather lengthy post, he claims troubled borrowers could have kept their homes “if the lenders had wanted them to, which they did/do not.” One of the reasons for that, he said, was because rents have been rising because of demand for those properties.

So he suggests that “everyone who was told to stop making payments should step to the front and join in a class action suit. None of these poor people can take advantage of record low interest rates!”
