Paul Gallagher has been named executive vice president for portfolio strategy at Health Care Property Investors, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based real estate investment trust.Mr. Gallagher was formerly managing director for strategic ventures in the real estate division of General Electric Commercial Finance, where he also held other posts.
