ICON Hires Former Wells Fargo Official to Run Wholesale Region

ICON Residential Lenders, Irvine, Calif., has named Sean Finn wholesale area sales manager for the lender’s Midwest region.

Finn joins ICON from Wells Fargo, which is in the process of exiting wholesale. 

During his career Finn has worked at Capital One/Greenpoint Mortgage, and M&I Bank.

A few weeks ago ICON was sold by Grand Bank NA, Hamilton, N.J., to Rushmore Loan Management, a specialty servicer. The transaction is expected to close either in the fourth quarter or early next year.
