A group of 42 independent appraisal companies have unified their operations under the name Valbridge Property Advisors. The new entity specializes in

Valbridge will be able to maximize opportunities for clients by elevating industry standards for accuracy, integrity, reporting and technology in service to current and future clients.

The company is headquartered in Naples, Fla. It has 159 MAI designated appraisers, 600 total staffers and 59 offices. Valbridge is owned by its local practice leaders. The person in charge of each office has an MAI designation.
