Mortgage insurer MGIC Investment Corp.’s percentage gain was the largest at the close of the standard trading day when it was up 5.46% at $7.15 per share, according to Yahoo Finance.
Radian, another mortgage insurer, also experienced a large percentage gain during the standard trading day. Its stock was up 4.19% at $13.18.
Other stocks that saw relatively high percentage gains on the day were builder Kaufman & Broad at (3.19% at $16.80 per share), Home Loan Servicing Solutions (2.85% at $23.82 per share), and origination technology provide Ellie Mae (2.81% at $30.39 per share).
Only CoreLogic was down on the day, but it still outperformed the Dow slightly. Its stock was 0.4% lower at $27.29. The Dow was down 0.5% on the day.
