Interthinx Podcast Series to Continue in 2012

After 12 installments last year, Interthinx will continue to record its monthly audio podcast called “Direct from DC” that discusses legislative and regulatory developments that impacts the mortgage servicing and lending industry.

Ann Fulmer, vice president of industry relations at Agoura Hills, Calif.-based Interthinx, will be the host of the four-minute program for the second consecutive year.

“The podcast has been a great tool for sharing information with the industry,” Fulmer said. “I enjoyed creating the show and am pleased the company will continue to produce the program.”

Interthinx' mission is to provide critical information to risk managers in the home lending industry. Mike Zwerner, vice president of Interthinx, said the podcast is a useful tool that offers the latest information to clients in a creative way.

Interthinx is a national provider of comprehensive risk mitigation solutions focusing on mortgage fraud, collateral risk and valuation, regulatory compliance, forensic loan audit services, loss mitigation and loss forecasting.

Edison Research and Arbitron conducted a study titled “The Infinite Dial 2011, Navigating Digital Platforms,” and found that 25% of all Americans have listened to at least one podcast. The study also revealed that 31 million Americans have heard a podcast over the last month.
