Bell Mortgage, a division of Bell State Bank & Trust, appointed Jason Griggs as a senior loan officer.
Griggs has more than 20 years of lending experience. He will work out of Bell Mortgage’s Rochester, Minn., branch.
As senior loan officer for Bell Mortgage, Griggs will provide customers of the Fargo, N.D.-based financial institution with tools and information to be able to navigate the ever-changing mortgage landscape.
“I wanted to come to Bell Mortgage in large part because of the company’s reputation of closing loans on time and as scheduled,” Griggs said in a press release. “I also like the fact that many of Bell’s loan officers are long-term employees. That’s really rare in this business where turn-over can be very high.”
Bell State Bank & Trust is a privately owned bank with offices in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. The bank has assets over $2.6 billion.
