Karrison Compagnie Inc., Dallas, has reported the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of American Fidelity Inc., a mortgage banker based in Baton Rouge, La., in exchange for 9.2 million shares of Karrison's common stock.Karrison also announced that its board of directors has appointed Randal A.
