Each year, Mortgage Technology recognizes technology developers, mortgage lenders and servicers with its prestigious Mortgage Technology Awards.

The Mortgage Technology Awards have a long tradition in the mortgage finance and technology industries for recognizing innovative technology developers and users that are promoting more efficient and cost-effective lending practices. In its 12th year, the awards are among the most coveted in the industry.

As always, this year’s 11 award winners will be determined by a panel comprised of Mortgage Technology magazine’s editorial staff. The panel will adhere to the same strict standards of objectivity and unbiased conduct that dictate the editorial process in all SourceMedia publications.

There are two new awards in 2011—the Online Originator Award and the Harnessing Mobile Award. Continuing on an evolution of the Mortgage Technology Awards that began two years ago, four awards are reserved to recognize lenders and servicers, while the remaining awards are geared toward vendors and individuals.

The winners will be revealed at the 12th annual Mortgage Technology Awards ceremony on Oct. 9 in Chicago and published in the October edition of Mortgage Technology magazine.

For the first time in the history of the Tech Savvy Lenders, Mortgage Technology will solicit nominations and applications for the award. After this year’s winning lenders are revealed in the September edition of Mortgage Technology magazine, the lenders will also receive special recognition during the 2011 Mortgage Technology Awards ceremony on Oct. 9 in Chicago.
