Lead management technology provider Leads360 has changed its name to Velocify, which it said more accurately reflects its mission to enable sales professionals to sell at the “speed of opportunity.”

Velocify said it found that one-in-three leads are never responded to by sales representatives, mainly due to challenges in keeping up with the pace of incoming leads and inconsistent practices. This underscores the need for an improved approach by businesses.
