Guaranteed Rate Inc., a Chicago-based mortgage lender, is formalizing its nationwide relocation business into a new program at the company and is now seeking relationships with corporate employers and their human resources departments.
As part of the launch of the Employee Relocation Program, it has hired Kathy Marzullo as director of national relocation. She has over 25 years' experience and formerly worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and PNC Mortgage. She is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
Victor Ciardelli, GRI president and chief executive, said the company saw a need for relocation services from its customers. Its corporate relocation business has increased steadily over the last four quarters. Now it is taking the business to a more formal level, seeking relationships with companies rather than just individuals.
