LenderLive Network has been selected to become a mortgage servicer for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
With this approval, the Denver-based company is now eligible to service government-sponsored enterprise loans.
“As the servicing market continues to change and more lenders want to retain servicing, they need assistance in doing so efficiently and without strain on their internal infrastructure,” said Rick Seehausen, president and CEO of LenderLive in a written statement. “Being approved by both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac positions us to better meet the needs of our current and prospective customers.”
According to Seehausen, the Denver-based company needs to continue to enhance its service offerings as the industry evolves in the future.
Currently, LenderLive’s loan servicing division makes up one of five that customers can utilize. The other four divisions offered by the company include origination services, conduit services, settlement services and document services.
