Lexington Realty Trust, New York, has priced an offering of 3 million shares of its common shares of beneficial interest at $14 per share. The real estate investment trust said it expects to use the net proceeds of approximately $41 million to repurchase some of its outstanding debt securities. The underwriters -- Wachovia Securities and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods -- have been given an option to buy up to 450,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments.
