Lender Processing Services Inc. has formed a strategic partners group to establish a network of default-related service providers.

The network aims to reduce servicer, investor and borrower costs by reducing the number of attorney partnerships to those who provide the lowest cost and highest service level at which these services can be provided in a particular region of the country.
Members of the network will include attorneys, title companies, and foreclosure trustees, among others.
