LRES in Orange, Calif., and OSC in Kennesaw, Ga., have partnered to broaden their offerings of real estate services.
LRES will now offer OSC's lender-placed insurance, as well as tracking and compliance services, according to a news release. LRES clients include banks, lenders, servicers, credit unions and private investors.
OSC's clients will be offered LRES appraisal management and REO management services.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
The partnership "greatly enhances our client experience by providing high-quality appraisal management services and critical insights on homeowners' associations to inform risk exposures," Keith Gilroy, OSC's president, said in the release.
"We can now offer our customers sophisticated options for collateral tracking and compliance leadership" because of the partnership, said Roger Beane, chief executive of LRES.
